Deposit policy to secure your appointment
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be lost. If cancelled with more than 48 hours notice then it can be carried over to the next appointment.
Insured patient policy
If payment is not received from your insurers within 6 weeks then patients will be asked to settle account and reclaim directly.
