Mr Lindsay Dibden

Lindsay is a Chartered Accountant who spent 23 years in private equity investment and was a founder partner of HgCapital, establishing its Healthcare practice in 1996, which he led until his retirement in 2012. During his career, Lindsay was involved in more than 30 transactions and served on the firm’s Investment Committee and Executive Committee. He is now the owner of The Surrey Park Clinic and Kivernell Care. He is also a director of 24Haymarket Ltd, a venture capital business focussed on investment in early stage businesses. He acts as an advisor to EVOCO AG and Gyrus Capital, both Swiss Private Equity funds, as well as Odyssean Capital in London. He actively manages a diverse portfolio of other investments.
