What is a Fertility Health Assessment?
At Surrey Park Women’s Clinic, the first step in evaluating fertility is called a Fertility Health Assessment. These initial tests provide insight into your reproductive health and chances of conceiving. We offer four types of assessments, depending on your circumstances, designed for women and couples:
Initial Consultation with Ultrasound - £415
(+ £210 for semen analysis, if applicable)
Pelvic ultrasound scan with Antral Follicle Count (AFC)
Consultation with a fertility specialist
Female Fertility Health Assessment - £570
Transvaginal ultrasound scan complete with Antral Follicle Count
Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH), TSH, Full Blood Count and Vitamin -D blood test
Consultation with a fertility specialist
Heterosexual Couple Fertility Health Assessment - £695
Pelvic ultrasound scan with Antral Follicle Count (female partner)
Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH), TSH, Full Blood Count and Vitamin -D blood test (female partner)
Semen analysis (male partner)
Consultation with a fertility specialist (both partners together)
Female Same Sex Fertility Health Assessment - £830
Pelvic ultrasound scan with Antral Follicle Count (for both partners)
Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH), TSH, Full Blood Count and Vitamin -D blood test (for both partners)
Consultation with a fertility specialist (both partners together)
